All website content, trademarks, and materials produced by Wizdin Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom work product developed for clients is assigned upon full payment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wizdin Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during engagements and not to disclose it to third parties without written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, failing that, through the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
